Agreement Overview
Sarrthi connects mentors and mentees in a professional environment. These terms govern the use of our marketplace, communication tools, and payment systems.
User Obligations
Users must provide accurate information, maintain the security of their accounts, and engage in mentorship with professional conduct.
Mentorship Sessions
All sessions booked through Sarrthi must take place on the platform (or authorized links). Bypassing the platform for payments is strictly prohibited.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may not be eligible for a full refund, subject to Sarrthi platform policy.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.
